If you are not completely satisfied with your ONLINE purchase, simply return it to us in its original unworn condition within 14 working days of receipt.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RETURNS
- Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.
- No exchange possible on items. If looking for another size or another piece, please re-order the item and your original order will be refunded once received.
- Items must be returned in original condition with no tags removed and no odours on the item (don’t wash your item)
- We are not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty or if for some reason, you have received an incorrect order.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Generally refunds take up to 5 days to be applied, depending on the bank.
- For special promotions, eg. (warehouse clearance events) we do not offer refund or exchange. We will highlight this on all social media and email platforms. If you wish to query before purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- All faulty/damaged Items must be reported to us within 1 working days of receiving the garment.

If you purchase anything in our PHYSICAL Boutique and you wish to return an item, you’re only entitled to a credit note.
